Who can drive the car?

Authorised driver should be 22-69 years old (If driver is 22-24 or 70+, Age driver fee applies)
Driver’s License: Renter must produce a valid driver’s license for the car rental. issued minimum 2 years before start rental
The minimum driver age required is 22.
If the customer is in the age range 22 -24 young driver fee in the amount of 50 Eur per rental will apply. When collecting a vehicle the principal driver & any additional drivers will need to provide driver’s license on their name. International renters must present a valid license from their country of residence. A copy of your license will not be accepted, the original document must be presented at pick-up.
Authorised driver must be licensed to drive requested type of Vehicle
One Additional Authorized driver is free of charge
Third driver will be charged 5 Euro per day

A valid passport or ID card and a valid driver’s license are required at vehicle pick-up.
Driver’s licenses printed in Arabic, Chinese, or Cyrillic characters must be accompanied by an International Driving Permit (IDP).
All driver’s licenses written in Latin characters are accepted.

The fuel tank will be full or partially full when you pick up the vehicle.
The lessee must return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at the time of delivery.
If the vehicle is returned with less fuel than provided, we will charge the cost of the missing fuel per litre, plus a refueling service fee.
No refunds will be given for unused fuel.

Payment is performed upon your arrival at the PS RENT A CAR location at the beginning of the rental period
We accept Visa, MasterCard, (Credit/Debit Card) or Cash
For deposit/excess we accept Visa, MasterCard, Debit Card or Cash
We reserve the right to request a credit card only in certain cases
The credit card holder must be present when making the payment

All vehicles are available for one-way rentals
One-way rental fees depend on the pickup and return locations
One-way rentals with pickup in Montenegro and return outside Montenegro are available upon request

Vehicle collection and return are possible during working hours
Collection and return outside working hours may be subject to an additional charge
The vehicle must be returned during business hours or at the agreed return time
Any extension of the rental period must be requested personally from PS RENT A CAR at least 24 hours before the rental expires
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, including keys, documents, equipment and the same fuel level

Cross-border rentals are allowed only with prior notice and approval
Travel to Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina is free of charge with prior approval
For Serbia, Albania and Kosovo, an additional fee applies starting from 80 EUR per rental period
Vehicles may not be taken abroad without written permission from PS RENT A CAR

Immediately call the police and wait for their arrival
Report the incident to a PS RENT A CAR representative by phone or e-mail and follow the provided instructions
Collect personal information from all parties involved in the accident (name, surname, address, ID/passport number, driver’s licence number, insurance company information, insurance policy number and contact details)
Submit all police reports and related accident documentation when returning the vehicle
A breathalyser/alcohol test report is required in case of an accident

Lost car keys: 150 EUR or more, depending on the vehicle
Lost vehicle documents: 250 EUR or more, depending on the vehicle
Administrative costs for traffic fines: full amount of the fine + 50 EUR + VAT
Administrative costs for vehicle damages: total repair cost + 50 EUR + VAT
Refueling with the wrong fuel type: 200 EUR or more, depending on the vehicle and location
Crossing borders without permission: additional penalty fee applies
Vehicle interior chemical cleaning: 120 EUR + 1 rental day charge
Smoking inside the vehicle: 120 EUR + 1 rental day charge
Vehicle cleaning fee: 15 EUR
Tyre or glass damage repair/replacement costs will be charged separately unless additional protection coverage has been purchased
