Who can drive the car?

Authorised driver should be 22-69 years old (If driver is 22-24 or 70+, Age driver fee applies)
Driver’s License: Renter must produce a valid driver’s license for the car rental. issued minimum 2 years before start rental
The minimum driver age required is 22.
If the customer is in the age range 22 -24 young driver fee in the amount of 50 Eur per rental will apply. When collecting a vehicle the principal driver & any additional drivers will need to provide driver’s license on their name. International renters must present a valid license from their country of residence. A copy of your license will not be accepted, the original document must be presented at pick-up.
Authorised driver must be licensed to drive requested type of Vehicle
One Additional Authorized driver is free of charge
Third driver will be charged 5 Euro per day

Mandatory documents

Passport or ID and driver’s license
Driver’s licenses printed with Arabic, Chinese or Cyrillic letters must be accompanied by an International Driver’s Permit
All Latin character’s readable driver’s licenses are accepted

Fuel policy

Fuel tank will be full or partly full when you pick up your car
The lessee has to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as delivered
If you don’t return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as delivered, we will charge you price per litre to fill the missing fuel + refuelling Service

There are no refunds for unused fuel.

Payment methods

Payment is performed upon your arrival to PS RENT A CAR location at beginning of your car rental period
For payment we accept: Credit card, Debit card or Cash
American Express card is accepted
For deposit/excess we accept Credit card, Debit card or Cash
We reserve the right to ask for a Credit card only in some cases
The credit card holder must be present when performing a payment

One way rentals

All cars are available for one way rentals
One-way rental fee depends on pickup and return locations

One way rentals for pickup in MONTENEGRO and return outside of Montenegro are available on request

Pickup and car return

Collection and return of the vehicle are possible during working hours
Collection and return outside of working hours can be are charged
Car needs to be returned during business hours or agreed time
Personally request an extension of the agreed rental period from the PS RENT a CAR at least 24 hours before the expiration of the rental period
The vehicle must be returned in the same condition it was taken, with the keys, documents, all related equipment and the same amount of fuel like in the beginning of the rental.

BORDER CROSSING

Cross Border Rentals are allowed without additional charge only with prior notices and inquiries free of charge COUNTRIES Croatia / Bosnia and Hercegovina.
For Serbia , Albania & Kosovo fee applies; start from 80Eur for rental period.

We do not allow rented vehicles to abroad unless we have given you written permission.

Your obligation in case of a car accident

Immediately calling and waiting for the arrival of police ofﬁcers
Report incident to PS RENT A CAR a car representative (phone or email) and follow instruction
Collecting personal data of the participants in the accident (name, surname, VAT number/OIB, address, identity card number, driver’s license number, user of the vehicle, vehicle’s insurance company information, vehicle insurance policy number, contact phone, etc.)
Enclosing all police reports on the accident or damage, as well as the results of the breathalyser test when returning the vehicle

Prohibited uses of vehicle

To rent or to lend Vehicle to third persons
To overload the rented Vehicle with persons or goods over the maximum permitted
To drive the Vehicle outside the permitted countries of use without PS RENT A CAR permission
To carry inflammable, explosive or corrosive materials in the Vehicle
To drive the Vehicle on an unsealed road
To use Vehicle for illegal purposes
Any other use that is considered violation by official Terms and conditions

Possible additional payments at the end of the rental:

Car keys: 150 EUR or more, depends on the vehicle
Car documents: 250 EUR or more, depends on the vehicle
Administrative costs for traffic fines: total amount of all fees + 50 EUR + VAT
Administrative costs for vehicle damages: total amount of all fees + 50 EUR + VAT
Refueling wrong fuel: 200 EUR and more, depends on the vehicle and where it’s located
Crossing border without permits
Car interior chemical cleaning: 120 EUR + 1 day of rental
Smoking fee: 120 EUR + 1 day of rental
Car washing fee : 15 EUR.
